The Kpanlogo Riddim Competition is a program that inspires and incentivizes 50+ beat makers and artists in the diaspora to remix samples of traditional genres of music. The Ghana Music Project partnered with artists, institutions, and non-profit organizations in Chicago, New York, Ghana, and Nigeria to participate. This program not only gives beat makers an opportunity to remix culturally valuable music samples that tell a story about the past, but also get an opportunity to sign up for international music distribution and publishing and other professional & economic development opportunities. Although the official program is over, please feel free to download the Kpanlogo music samples and submit your remix using the links below. Following submission, fill out the “competition survey” for an opportunity to be join the Ghana Music Project Artist and Studio Network.
